Długa 82 development
A 1930s tenement. Two new floors.
The modernist tenement at 82 Długa Street has been extended by two floors. A new passenger lift has been installed. Conservation work on the front facade is complete, and the entrance hall and staircases have been renovated. Work on the rear facade is currently underway, while work in the courtyard is planned.
Eighteen apartments have been created on the sixth and seventh floors. Two rows of roof windows bring daylight into the top-floor homes. Selected apartments look towards St. Mary's Church, Wawel Castle and, in clear weather, the Tatra Mountains. The corridors have a boho finish, and every apartment has infrastructure ready for air conditioning.
