Data collected
The contact form collects a name, email address, selected budget range and message. After submission, this information is transmitted by email and stored in the mailbox used to handle apartment enquiries. During use of the website, the hosting provider may also process technical connection data such as the IP address, browser type, requested address and request time.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used to answer an enquiry, provide offer information and continue correspondence about the apartments. The legal basis is taking steps at the person's request before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Technical data is used to operate the website securely and diagnose errors.
Retention
Form messages are retained in the mailbox for the time needed to handle the enquiry and subsequent correspondence, then for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Information may be retained longer where required by law.
Recipients
Submissions may be accessed by PETRA-TRANS as controller and GREY HOUSE as the company handling apartment sales. Data may also be processed by the Resend message-delivery service, email, Vercel hosting and necessary technical-service providers. When a page containing the map loads, the browser connects directly to OpenStreetMap servers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Cookies and local storage
The site currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Local storage is used only to remember dismissal of the privacy notice. Consent is not required for this necessary setting.
OpenStreetMap map
The interactive map downloads tiles from OpenStreetMap servers. The provider may receive the IP address and technical connection data under its own privacy policy.
